Prompt reply to my email (on a Saturday). Dropped off my all-in-one PC for a replacement screen on the Tuesday morning and it was fixed and delivered back to me on Thursday afternoon. Great communication at all times, including a slight change in the price due to a different part being needed. A rpofessional, friendly and highly recommended service.

Darrell provided a thorough, efficient computer repair service. He was extremely patient, making sure I fully understood everything that he had done and he gave me guidance for using the laptop going forward. The cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend.

I thought my only answer was to buy a new computer. Darrell supplied new memory, not sure what he did, he did tell me more than once. The computer is just like a new computer. It comes on instantly. All done in 24 hours.

Having received a message on my laptop that the fan was not working, I contacted Haslam IT. This was on a Sunday but I very quickly received a message clearly stating the various costs which might be involved. I accepted and the laptop was collected from my home on Monday morning, inspected, cleaned, the fan only needed readjusting, updated and returned on the Monday evening at a total cost of £45 which I felt was very good value. I will be very happy to use Haslam IT again and have recommended them to my friends. Thank you very much.

My desktop PC stopped working, so looked for a local repair service. Found HaslamIT to be just a few mile away so telephoned and arranged a visit to drop PC off within 20 minutes. Within the hour Darrell phoned and said PSU had failed but hard drive OK. He offered me a refurbished desktop PC using my original hard drive saving me a lot of time and effort in configuring a new drive. He sent me an invoice which I paid and within half hour picked up PC and it is working fine. I found Darrell to be very pleasant and helpful, and the speed of service to me was very prompt and excellent. I was back up and running within 24 hours. I would use him again and would highly recommend him to others.

My wife and I were very impressed with the service we received when purchasing another computer and the help given to us in setting it up. Although we have only just had it installed, we think it is very good value and its quality appears to be excellent. Our most grateful thanks.

I recently found that my software on my mac mini was not working very well, on further investigation I discovered that the software was no longer supported by apple and that I needed a complete upgrade. Luckily I was able to find Haslam IT on the internet, contacted. Them and they suggested they replaced my OS with High Sierra. I have found this solution to be very effective and this was done within 24 hours which I found to be excellent all carried out at a very reasonable price. The memory was also increased which is a major improvement. The whole package was excellent and Darrell, the boss, is a first class gentleman. Many thanks.

Very pleased to have found Darrell. I recently had a keyboard and hard drive failure on my HP laptop. The keyboard was replaced and the hard drive swapped out for a 500GB SSD drive and I couldn't be happier. Darrell was incredibly quick, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. The computer we recently purchased needed various personal preferences added and this was carried out very quickly. A long-standing problem we had experienced with regard to connecting the printer to the computer was also resolved. Arrived on time and would not hesitate to recommend.
